I just made the process and the results of the process not get an email notification that there is a new process, where is the error?

So it should when the Customer makes a request form, DCO will get an email that there is an incoming request.

Hello,

Well, i replicated the process you have and it works for me

However you can verify that your "Email Servers" is configured. You can see this configuration in "Admin> Settings> Email Servers". I attached an image where I show that my configuration is correct.

Also in the process that I have created in the task "Request Form" configure the notification. for this I also attached an image where I show my configuration.

When i ran the case at the time of passing to the Approval task, the notification email arrives to the user assigned to that task. Also attach the image of the result.

I attached the process I carry out for you to review it

also you can review these links:

Best regards, Ricardo.
