I'm having an issue when creating a Self Service Value Based Assignment process:
In my test environment the process works, each user gets the Unassigned notice. Unfortunately, when the user tries to open the task it just keeps loading...

In the live environment (using the same code and variable) I get the following error message:

Yes the users and group are created in the live environment
