The main objective of the process is to read pdf file take important data and assigned it to corresponding variable and after that create a case. That case need to assign everyone i.e., the case should go to the unassigned section of user menu (not in the inbox).
To achieve the above objective, we have created one process and in that cases are created by reading pdf files. That created a case needs to assign all users in that task. For this purpose we have added an additional task before our required task . Admin is assigned to additional task.And that case will route to desired task. All above process we have performed by backend coding.
But cases hold at first task, they are not routing to another task.
Please provide me solution.
