Hello All,

We have a requirement that the parallel task actor can demote the request to requester. The task type is Self service value based.
We can use the trigger in this page when the assignment rule is value based.https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/Trigger_Examples#Routing_.28Derivating.29_all_Parallel_Tasks_in_a_Case

But it is not working for Self service value based assignment. Because it take the assigned user's login credentials.
Can anyone please help to achieve the requirement?

Hello All,

We have used setCatchUser() function to route the case to another user. But still among 3 parallel tasks, one is remaining.
