Hello,

You need to make a configuration on the env.ini file

This file is located at /opt/processmaker/workflow/engine/config

By default, this line is like this disable_download_documents_session_validation = 0 change it like this disable_download_documents_session_validation = 1

Hello,

I have been detected a ramdom issue trying to updoad/download some .pdf files with the multiplefile option. The functional user upload a .pdf file and the screen doesn't indicates any errors. When we search for the uploaded documents of the case it appears, but it can not be dowloaded.
It appears in the DB, with APP_DOC_STATUS = 'ACTIVE'
SELECT *
FROM CONTENT C, APP_DOCUMENT AD
WHERE C.CON_VALUE = 'DOCUMENTO XX.pdf'
AND AD.APP_DOC_UID = C.CON_ID
AND AD.APP_UID = '13796469860194c63227cd6061832385' -- CASE ID
AND C.CON_LANG = 'es-ES';
When we search in the Processmaker server, we can not find the file
example: /app/processmaker/shared/sites/workflow/files/705/133/642/5f7f291dd6d465034750629

Can you please help me with this issue, like I said it before it happens with some .pdf files not all of them.

In my case was a firewall that doesn't allow to move the file to the server. Thanks anyway

Did you check the max file size?

max file size looks good. I'm able to upload the file successfully but once it gets uploaded, it changes from green to red fastly with an error message: "Not Found".

Usually, once the file gets uploaded, a user should be able to download or delete it.

In my case, I only see a delete button with a "Not Found" message and no download button. For some reason, it couldn’t able to find the uploaded file. I'm having this error for all file formats.
