Processmaker Error#827272

Please guide me for this error...

No other window was opened..
still i got this error

Hello,

First of all, check if you dont have another tab open, due to the fact that you said that there is no window opened

If you still have this error, check you process and check the trigger, maybe one of your triggers are the problem

Please let me know if you have any doubts.
