Hello,

PM Version: 3.3.3

I have a subform in main form where the user fills in 6 fields and adds 1 attachment document (multiple file component). The case then routes to another user via Actions by Email link to fill a form. This subform should be read-only.

However, when the next user receives the form the attached documents are not visible.

Also, I would like the user to have the possibility to add an attachment file too.

I have already set disable_download_documents_session_validation = 1 in env.ini

To sum up I would like:
1- View attached files in AbE
2- Disable (view mode) / Enable (edit mode) a multiple file field

Update:

This is now working correctly. Probably just a cache error.

2- Disable (view mode) / Enable (edit mode) a multiple file field
However, I still have no idea how to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
You must set display mode of multiple file field to "edit" and set display mode of your subform to "view".
Then the all fileds of subform is shown in view mode and multiple file field is shown in edit mode.

However, I want to disable and enable the multiple file component depending of the value of a checkbox.

How can this be achieved?
