I have some doubts in report tables. I have a report table called PMT_USER_DATA. I just changed the case status as paused. but it's not updated in report tables. it still shows me that as the draft status
I have changed my status in inbox cases. I had a case in the inbox I wanted to change as paused to 12th September 2019 but it has not updated in PMT_REPORT tables

Yes, that's a bug. The paused information is saved in the APP_DELAY table, but the "Case Properties" info is taken from the APP_DELEGATION table.

Unfortunately, it won't be fixed, because the developers are only fixing critical bugs for paid clients in PM 3. The development has moved on to PM 4.
