I am using Process maker Community version 3.2.2

Document mode in emulation section of internet explorer changes after running Process maker application in Internet explorer version 11.
and some functionality of Process maker does nt work.
In my case Document mode resets to 5 from defalut edge while running Process maker application.

Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Can you provide a screen shot? I don't use Internet Explorer, so I can't see the problem.
