Hi,

In a validation workflow, i reach a step where i should put its status to "abandonment" and i lust add a comment to it.

When i do so, the case statut is set to "Completed", the task is moved to "Participated" section and i can't get to the comment entered.

is it possible to add a new case status "Abandonment" and have the possibility to open the case to read the comments?

Hi,

In the Participated tab you can click on the case notes and see the inserted notes and also you can add new note on this case,
But you must have permission to see and add case notes for your processes,
For set permission you can open process designer and click on permissions menu and set permissions for your users.
