Issue with "PM_ALLCASSE" on cloud version.#825328

Hi,
We are developing a web API that sends email notifications to users in case a task wasn't completed on time.
We created the API and we used a user with ”PM_ALLCASES “ privileges and all required permissions. The API is working fine on cloud trial version: https://workspace141.trial.processmaker.net.

However, when we deploy it on our client’s environment (purchased Cloud version), the API returns only the cases of the connected user but not all users who exist on the workspace.

Can you assist us to resolve this issue?

The PM_ALLCASES permission should show a list of all cases in the workspace if you go to Home > Advanced Search. You aren't seeing that?

Can you post a screen shot of your Admin > Settings > System Information?

By the way, if you have a support contract with ProcessMaker, then you can get someone from the Support to look at your server.
