Assign a case to the Manager of a user spelled out inside a dynaform#824933

Hi,
I'm programming a case in which a logged-in user A is using a dynaform to input some data. One of these fields would be username of another user B. The next step of the form would be forked to two paths.
The first path would be the next step of user A. This is easy.
The second path would be the Manager of user B input in the dynaform. After the processing of the Manager of user B, the process would go back to user A.
I couldn't find a Case Assignment Method to handle these assignments.
Grateful if I can be advised a method to handle it.

I noticed that the site wasn't working yesterday, but it seems to be working right now. I think it was a problem with the DNS, since I was able to ssh to the site.
