If you use a MultipleFile field, then you can delete the files.

If you are using an Input Document step, then see:
https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.0/Input ... _Documents

You can also do this in a trigger. See:
https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/Inter ... move.28.29
However, using AppDocument::remove() only works for Input Document steps. File and MultipleFile fields don't check the status of a file in the database, before displaying it in a Dynaform.

"Bad Request: This case has 0 current delegations"
That error message occurs when the task in the case has already been closed or it has been assigned to another user.
Did you route on the case?

You also will see that error message if you try to open two cases in the same web browser, because opening the second case will change the system variables, such as the case ID and the delegation index. If you need to open two cases at the same time in the same computer, then you need to use two separate web browser programs, such as Chrome and Firefox to open the two cases.

Has your login session expired?
Do you have multiple cases open at the same time in the same web browser?
Did you try to login with multiple users in the same web browser?
Have you verified that the current case hasn't moved to a new task or reassigned to another user? (You can check in the APP_CACHE_VIEW table in the database.)

OK. That is your problem. You can only open one case at a time in a web browser and you can only have one user logged in at a time in one web browser. Otherwise, you will have problems with system variables which give you those error messages.

If you need to open two cases at the same time, then open one case in one web browser (like Chrome) and open the other case in another (like Firefox). Then, you won't have that problem. Do the same, if you need two users to be logged in at the same time from one computer.
