Edit personal info with same user with rest api

Hi,
I set permission PM_EDITPERSONALINFO for operator users.
But I want they can change personal info with rest api.
How can I do it?

Give me a couple days, and I'll add an endpoint to the
extraRest plugin for this.

I finally found some time to add endpoints to the extraRest plugin to edit the personal information of users. See:

It looks like the sysadmin added a new security restriction. I filed a report to get that fixed.
