I created a "Self Service" task with setting as in the attached image selfservice.jpg

The trigger "Check Docusign Envelope Status" runs an API code to get the status and should route the case automatically to next task in the process.

The process runs till self service task and ends in the unassigned folder.
Cron on server is not executing automatically for which I have opened another post here. (viewtopic.php?f=44&t=736560)
But If I am executing cron manually using
~$ php -f cron.php
then also case is not moved to the next task

Am I doing anything wrong? Please assist

What version of PM? What operating system?
What do you see when manually executing the cron.php and eventtimercron.php files?

If using LInux, remember that you need to correctly execute the cron scripts:
