Is there Turkish version that it is in the picture?

I use processmaker 3.2.1

You can import the Turkish translation from version 2 into ProcessMaker 3.X:

Then, export the PO file from ProcessMaker and translate the rest of it with PoEdit:

Then, import it again into ProcessMaker.
