Hi.

I want to ask as I'm currently in the middle of practicing the ProcessMaker. I try to do the Room Reservation.

Is it possible to connect the Google Sheet or Google Doc to dynaform? For example, when we click the schedule in Google Sheet, then it will automatically fill in the Dynaform. Since we already had the schedule for the availability of the room. So, we just need click which slot is available then it will transfer the one we clicked to Dynaform that I've been created, like date, time and selected room.

Can anyone enlighten this to me?

Thank you in advance.

I also want to ask how to create the time? for example, Time (From) and Time (To). I only able to do one time, which is Time (From).

Thanks again

Enterprise Connectors can be used to connect to Google Docs and Google Sheets, but you need the Enterprise Edition to get this feature. I played with this once and got it to list the files in Google Sheets, but I never figured out how to get the contents of particular cells in a Google Sheet.

If you have a support contract with ProcessMaker, Inc, then ask support for an example. They can figure it out for you.

We have the Community Edition which is open source and you can use for zero cost and we have the Enterprise Edition which requires a license to use (if your license expires, then the enterprise features will be deactivated, but you can keep using the community features).

You can sign up for free trials of the Enterprise Edition to test out the Enterprise Connectors. If you pay for a license to use the Enterprise Edition, then you can file a support ticket to get help with the Enterprise Connectors.

If you aren't sure whether you want to pay for a license for the Enterprise Edition or not, I recommend calling or emailing our Sales team and they have presales engineers who can help you setup the Enterprise Connectors so you can test them.
