Hello,

You can do that in two ways. The first is from the Home menu, see the documentation: https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/Cases/Actions#Delete but take into account that there are some conditions to delete a case.

The other way is deleting directly from de Database by executing a Query, you can see how to reach that in the following documentation: https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/Manua ... _Using_SQL
