Other user's cases being show in inbox

We are using 3.0.1.8-community, we found that sometimes other user's cases are being shown in inbox of other user, any idea?

Maybe you assigned a group with different users to the case what is causing the issue, be sure that you asigned the specific users to the case or cases.
