In my form, I want to have a radio input (so I can only select one option at time) but instead of text labels as the options, I would want to display an image to show the option (along with a text with it).

Is there any way to do this in processmaker?

Thanks

Thanks for the code. Really good to have a wiki like that. I want to use prepend to add the image BEFORE the radio input (so I want the image -> the option/circle radio button -> label of the option

Unfortunately, if I use prepend, the radio button is in the image. I guess there is a relative position with the label but I can't figure out how to fix this. Any way? (The images used are for testing only, it's not the final version :) )
