My Problem:

I have generated the 4 documents using PMFGenerateOutputDocument() function. In the documents file path, it stored correctly and the Data base the data stored correctly. But in this list view, the latest document is downloaded other documents have been lost to download.
But I try to expand the row but no data only one data is available instead of 4 documents. See Blow image.
