Last night I implemented cron job execution. Not sure if that has anything to do with my problem but today i find that when i execute the current task it brings up the routing display for the next task also. I end up with two task in my inbox, 1 for the current task and the other when clicked on it shows the routing display for who's going to to get the next task, when you continue it goes to the next task!

Not sure if this may also be the reason why but I just discovered Switching of the user experience. I noticed the issue within the switched environment. I removed the config for the user but the problem is still there.

Just tested something. It seems to affect sub processes.

Please can someone shed some light on this.

There is a known issue with the parent case and the subprocess case both appearing in the inbox. You can apply this fix:

By the way what version of PM are you using?
