Hello,

We currently have a process where an internal employees completes a form and enters a external vendor's name and email address in the form.

The external vendor receives an email using Actions by email which takes them to another form to complete. Upon submission, the form is then routed to the Purchasing department for review.

I wanted to know if there is a way for the Purchasing department to see the results of the Web Entry form that the internal employee submitted. Currently when I click on the ProcessMap, the dynaform tab is empty. The Purchasing manager wants to be able to see what the internal employee submitted.

Please advise.

You can give the members of the Purchasing department Process Permissions to view the form used by web entry. You can also generate an email which as the variables from the web entry form or a link to the case and email it to the members.
