I have tried exporting the diagram but I can not find any program that will actually open it. I just need a screenshot but the process is too big so when I zoom out, the lines disappear.

Hello,
Maybe you could try exporting the diagram entering to your process, then in the blue top menu select Export Diagram, this will output a .bpmn file, afterwards, you could go to this link https://demo.bpmn.io/ which is a BPMN Viewer tool and take screenshots of your diagram.
Regards!

I have tried that previously and I get this error.

Apparently, there is something wrong with the process itself, it is a known bug which will be fixed in the upcoming versions.
You can see the warning in Importing and Exporting a Process Diagram section (http://wiki.processmaker.com/3.1/Import ... g_Projects)

I tried to Import the process in two different versions of PM and neither of them worked, did you try importing your own process after it was exported in your own PM Server?

Regards!

I see that now, "Warning: Diagrams that include data objects (data entry and/or data output controls) may get corrupted when the user uses the Export diagram option. This is a known issue that will be fixed in upcoming versions of ProcessMaker."

I will try exporting/importing the process and try again.
