Is there an easy way to add the assigned user to the table with APP_UID, APP_NUMBER, and APP_STATUS? I know I can have it listed with the USER_LOGGED, but I'd like the have the actual username listed like "Admin", "Bob", etc.

Create a variable named "username" in the graphical interface. Then, create the following trigger:

@@username = @@USR_USERNAME;

Set this trigger to fire before the first step in every task in the process. Then, add "username" to your Report Table.
