Put the process in debug.

Hi,

Note: If a grid containing a file field doesn't have an associated array variable, then any selected files in the grid will not be saved when the Dynaform is submitted.

Unfortunately, ProcessMaker currently does not save the filenames of the selected files in the grid's case variable when a grid containing files is submitted.

Please check this link: http://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/File_control#storage_of_files_in_grids

Thanks

askylh, Do you mind exporting the process and posting it here so that I can test it?
