Hi,

I write two simple trigger like these in processmaker 3.2 :

Code: Select all

Trigger1:
function test_func(){
	do any thing with long time ...
}

Trigger2:
test_func();

I set these triggers before my dynaform. My function (test_func) get more than five minutes for execute and I set max_execution_time = 1800 for example.

When I run case "test_func" function execute more than one time and it will continue to set max_execution_time and to stop php.
Please help if I do wrong thing or if it is an error in processmaker.

Functions defined in one trigger can't be called by another trigger. If you have a library of functions that you want to use, then you should create a PHP file and upload it in the Public Files of any process. Then you can import it with require_once("...") at the beginning of your trigger.

You only need to import it in one process and then you can access it from any process.

Thanks for your answer.

I will test your post. But I usually call two functions in the same way and set two triggers for example before dynaform and it works proprly.

In this example the problem is only the time of execution of function.

if your trigger executes right before the other trigger, you might get it to work, but I have had problems calling functions from other triggers.

I define my function in one trigger and call function in the same trigger and delete another trigger.

Have you turned the debug and bug_sql options in the env.ini file and checked the log files? Maybe if you post your code, I can spot what is causing the delay.
