What I understand of your problem is that you cannot see the plugin or the plugin dissapeared after you imported this one.
you can try this
Press F12 in your web browser and go to the "Network" tab of the browser's debugger.
When you import the plugin, do you see any errors in the network calls
Then, see if any errors appear when importing.
After that go to the terminal and edit the file in processmaker/workflow/engine/plugins/<the name of your plugin>.php
Go to the last line of that file and delete the Ampersand of this.
