Dear all,

I am facing this problem.
I just add this user from LDAP sync.
When user login to processmaker, this error appeared(Refer quote).

Anyone can help?
Fatal error: Call to a member function getUsrUx() on a non-object in D:\PM\processmaker\workflow\engine\classes\model\UsersProperties.php on line 707

It looks like it can't get the User Experience from the imported record. It would be good to file a bug report about it and provide screenshots of the info about that user in your LDAP/Active Directory manager.

To fix this, you will need to login to MySQL with phpMyAdmin or from the command line and execute the following commands in the database for your ProcessMaker workspace.

If you are doing this from the command line, then use these commands:
(If in Windows, first use cd to go to the directory where MySQL is installed on your server.)
Code: Select all
mysql -u root -p
Enter the password for the MySQL root user.

Once logged into MySQL, do this:
Code: Select all
mysql> use wf_workflow
mysql> select * from USERS where USR_USERNAME='johndoe';
mysql> select * from RBAC_USERS where USR_USERNAME='johndoe';
Change "workflow" to the name of your workspace and "johndoe" to the username of your user.
Copy the output and paste it into your bug report.

Then, manually delete the user's account:
Code: Select all
mysql> delete from USERS where USR_USERNAME='johndoe';
mysql> select from RBAC_USERS where USR_USERNAME='johndoe';
mysql> exit
