I want to execute a function before triggers to avoid calling it in every trigger. Any suggestion?

You should import a custom code file with your function and then execute it at the beginning of trigger like this:

require_once("/opt/mycode/myfunctions.php");
myCustomFunction();
// rest of your code here

If using Linux/UNIX, then make sure that /opt/mycode/myfunctions.php is readable:
chmod +r /opt/mycode/myfunctions.php
