You can create Categories for the processes and then search for that category in the inbox list. This will divide the inbox cases as per the Categories.
Another way to do this is, you can create a plugin and add a caseMenu Option or multiple caseMenu options as per the folders and their classification you desire. In the caseMenu options, you can create your own table to display all the cases by running the SQL query to get all cases with TO_DO status. You can refer the file /opt/processmaker/workflow/engine/methods/cases/casesListExtJs.php for the code which can help you do as desired.
