Hello there,

Is there a way to detect and act on a double click event using Javascript while running PM?

Thanks in advance...

For most input fields:
Code: Select all
$("#myfield").getControl().dblclick( function() {
  alert("double click");
});
or for a button:
Code: Select all
$("#myfield").find("button").dblclick( function() {
  alert("double click");
});

Thanks a lot Amos. It worked.

I also noticed that if I use both the event handlers - single click and double click - in JS code, then the preference goes to the single click over the double click. Is that expected behavior?

Thanks again,
SGK
