I should see 3 nested iframes after logging in and opening a case. But by examining the Source Code of the Page I found only one iframe which is "casesFrame"

Where are the other 2 embedded ones "openCaseFrame" and "casesSubFrame"?

Hello,

In the source code, you can see only one iframe(casesframe) because, when the home menu page loads this iframe is loaded.
When we open a new case and we are on a particular step of that case, the page does not get reloaded, rather the inner iframes are dynamically loaded and this is the reason you cannot see them in the source code.

You can see all the three iframes in the Inspector Developer tool, as shown in the attached image.
