I have a grid in dynaform. I will select users with drop down menu. Drop down menu is a element of grid.

Suppose, I have 5 Roles (Like: CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CHRO)
Now, By drop down I will select the Roles and sent data only CEO and CTO.

Or forget dropdown. I want to sent my task only whom I want.

All roles are parallel connected. Now how can I sent process/data only CEO and CTO??? When I am submitting values are going to all users!! How can I filter them?? Please give me suggestion.

Please refer to the attached process to meet your requirements.

In the given process consider the following:
1. Create departments for every type of user you are selecting(like CEO,CTO etc). You can also provide these as the position of the user.
2. To get the type of user in each particular parallel task, the given process refers to the department of the user. If you assign the position, you should refer to the 'position' of the userInfo.
