The wiki had instructions on setting up a button to cancel a case, but is there any way to call the existing Cancel Case prompt from Actions using a button? That prompt has everything I need and I'd like to make use of it if possible.

You can use JavaScript like this if your users are only using the English interface:

$("#myCancelButton").find("button").onclick( function() {
    $("span.x-menu-item-text:contains('Cancel')", top.frames.casesFrame.casesSubFrame.document).click();
})

This code might work for multi-language setups, but it assumes that every user has the same number of items in his/her interface, so the same ID is assigned to the "Cancel" span:

Thanks! Is there a trick to getting onclick to work in a dynaform? When I use it in the form's Javascript field the form won't compile.

Oops! Sorry about that. I was mixing standard JavaScript and jQuery. I also figured out a simpler way that should always work:

    parent.Actions.cancelCase();
})

Where "myCancelButton" is the ID of a button in your DynaForm.
