You see this error often occurs in cases that coincidentally have Query with SELECT to external databases. The queries I checked and are correct. What can it be?

Do you have activated the "soap" extension in php?
You can check with this command in the command line:
php -m
You should see "soap" in the list.

Also, if it is a chmod() error, then you might not have set the file permissions correctly in your ProcessMaker files. Redo these commands. It looks like your /shared/ directory is not set so the Apache user can write to it.

Do you have logging turned on in ProcessMaker's env.ini file or logging turned on in MySQL's my.cnf file? Try turning it off and see if that fixes it. Or do you have trigger code which writes to that log file?
