It is possible to sent a Mail to a perticular user using PMFSendMessage function. But
Can We Sent A text message ( With / wihout Link) on Mobile for perticular User by using processmaker.
If yes then how ?

You can create a textbox for the subject line and a textarea for the body of the email message in one of your DynaForms. You can add a dropdown to select the user to send the email to. Then when the DynaForm is submitted, you can use PMFSendMessage() to send out the email in a trigger. Another option is to use Task Properties to send the email to the next assigned user.

There is no universal way to display a text message, so email, Whatsapp or some messaging service is your best option on a mobile device. Almost all messaging services have an API to send messages, which you can do from a trigger.
You can also use Case Notes and give particular users the rights to see them.
Another option is to use window.dynaform.flashMessage() to display a message in a particular DynaForm. You can create a trigger which checks if the right user in logged-in and then set the variable which is associated with a hidden field. Then add JavaScript to your DynaForm to put the content from the hidden field into a flash message to display to the user.
