List Tables without data#787663

The LIST_xxx tables in my ProcessMaker database have no data. I'm with version 3.1.1.
Any blocking? What can it be?

The LIST_* tables are only used for the Enterprise Edition. In the Community Edition, the case lists are constructed by querying the APP_CACHE_VIEW table, which is slower.
