Can anyone guide me how to use PMFSendMultiMessages()?
I have tried with the parameters PMFSendMessages(). It is not working

Where do you see PMFSendMultiMessage() ? I can't find it in the PM source code.

Post your code with PMFSendMessage() and I might be able to help you. Also does sending a test email in Admin > Settings > Email Servers work?

Hi JeniferLawrence,

You could check if your PMFSendMessage was executed correctly by looking at the case#'s message history.

Here is the email. My status is pending because I didn't configure my SMTP but if ever your's is OK that will be mark as "Send"
