Dear all,

I was trying to use events like the image.
It's exactly like the sample in the wiki.

But when i try to run it, task coba doesn't show in the user inbox.
In participated menu of first user, current user is admin and task 'INTERMEDIATE-CATCH-MESSAGE-EVENTS'.

I check admin inbox. Inbox menu show number of incoming case but 'no records found'.

I have followed the wiki, did i miss something?

Hi can't understand why in the example two flows are outgoing from Task1

I have a similar process and many problems have arised when we put intermediate send and receive message after a gateway, an aleatory behaviour is appeared where sometimes cases are routed and sometime cases disappears

If ProcessMaker, PHP and the server aren't using the same time zone, I have seen problems with the cron.php scripts. That might be the source of the problem.

Did you try this issue on our last versions?, If it so we are going to fix, but we were not able to reproduce it, if you can attach your process, will be awesome!.

Hi Ramirez,

I just upgraded ProcessMaker to version 3.1.2, i will try this case again to see if the bug still rise.
