Hi,

I have recently installed PM 3.5.1 Community.

I moved a process working on another installation to the new installation and when I test, the case is not found in the inbox when routed to another user. I however find it listed in participated folder.

Any suggestion as to how to fix this?

Double-check your process design to ensure that the case is being routed to the correct user or role. Verify that the routing conditions are met and that the assigned user has the necessary permissions.
