Hi,

My "Review Case" screen is missing the Steps menu.
Users with permissions can see the forms and click "next" on each, but can't directly open a form to edit.
Any idea why?

Check if there is a bug or configuration issue in ProcessMaker 3.8.1 that prevents the Steps menu from showing up. You can do this by searching for similar issues in the ProcessMaker forum or reporting a new issue if you don't find any.

Review the task configuration for the steps involved in the case. Ensure that the task settings are correctly configured to allow form editing. Check for any task-specific restrictions that might prevent users from see hidden files mac and accessing or editing forms.
