Data lost after submitting via web entry (PM version 3.1.3-community)#829982

I created a web entry form so the external users can submit without login into PM.
Some cases are successfully submitted, but some submissions are blank and we can't find the data history and change log too.

What should I do? Because the data totally lost and we don't know who submitted it.

Hello Zora99,

At this point where the data does not appear in these two places, data history and log of PM, it seems to me that no information can be retrieved.

it could be a bad connection between the client and your server where the variables were not sent, it is very rare but it is possible that it could happen.
