Different Date Formats is Being Displayed

Hi Processmaker Team,
I would like to raise this concern because its weird that my date format is not consistent. See below:
The DEL_FINISH_DATE has a different format which affected the DEL_DELEGATE_DATE data on the second row. See image below.

Just to add the APP_UPDATE_DATE has also the incorrect date/time format same as the DEL_FINISH_DATE AND THE DEL_DELEGATE_DATE of the second record.

Providing you my setup
OS : CentOS 7
Processmaker 3.5.7-community edition
MySQL 5.1.37
Web server NGINX 1.20.1
Have a two-tier setup
- App server
- Database server

No worries. I was able to solve this when I restarted the service of the Supervisor then the time format was corrected.
