Hello guys
I have a serious problem when i click on the submit button, Task send more than one time for a next user, I attach my design also i saw this problem in simple design, When i see this problem i delete relations and rebuild new relations between tasks then error temporary solved.
Please help me

Please look at attachment, when I delete all relations and re draw all the thing is ok, but it is temporary and after several times' problem repeat
