Hi Processmaker Team,

Details:
Processmaker Community Edition 3.5.7
Using the Stack N265

I created the main process and a sub-process. The flow is when the case in the main process is routed to the sub-process task this should automatically create a new case in the sub-process but it's not happening.

I see you have configured it correctly.
I'm doubting the gateway condition:
I am using version 3.2.1-community and I have no problem with sub-process

I created a new test process to further test the sub-process but still no success. See the process below without the gateway.

Hi Processmaker Team,

Is there something wrong in my setup/installation because I cannot route a simple case to the next task. It seems that PM is not inserting a new row in APP_DELEGATION and just closes the first delegation. See the sample case below and the APP_DELEGATION table.

Just curious, based on the description of the issue, it seems this was a problem with the supervisor service not properly set or not running.

Good day!

I am not quite sure how the supervisor works? Would you enlighten me on this please? The issue that I was facing was the cases were not automatically being transferred to the next task/user and I reviewed the steps on how to setup the stack N265 and not knowing that I skipped the crontab process in which after enabling that part it worked already.

To add to the enabling of the cron, is it possible to adjust the frequency of activating the cron? Because the interval is taking too long before the new case is displayed in the inbox of the next user in my flow.
