Hi,

I have a process that's configured to have " Send for Clarification" feature and it's working fine.
I have copied these process and make changes in flow design, but this feature is always return " Whoops, looks like something went wrong" when submit button is clicked.
I have compared both process in terms of triggers, templates, variables and everything looks identical, any clue what has went wrong?

Helo alotfi,

Please attach a screenshot fo the System Information page so I can check the current stack and version, on the other hand, you could try to turn on the Laravel's debug mode, you can do it by adding the file .env in the processmaker root folder, for instance /opt/processmaker. or by editing the file app.php under /opt/processmaker/config/app.php (assuming it is installed under /opt/).

You can change the line:
From
Code: Select all
    'debug' => env('APP_DEBUG', false),
to
Code: Select all
    'debug' => true, //env('APP_DEBUG', false),
Then try one more time your process and you'll get the real error behind the "Whoops,..." error message.

Let me know how it goes.
