Questions and discussion about using ProcessMaker: user interface, running cases & functionality
#829736
Hello,

I'm facing an issue related to the autogenerated user ID by PM.

We have found while editing a row in a PM table, defined with only a primary key (we are using a 32 hex UID, the one generated for users), if that primary key has been created with exactly 32 numeric values and not alpha values, we cannot edit or even delete the row.

We are using a 3.1.2 community version, is this a known bug or we are experiencing a strange issue?

Thanks.

Hello etamargoserr,

This sounds a bit weird, however, I wonder how did you get to the point where a UID resulted on 32 numeric chars, any particular way to reproduce the issue other than manually editing records in the DB?

Please let me know Thank you.
