Hello, I'm using processmaker 3.2.1. My process would load infinitely when running query trigger that has value more than 198 characters. For example If I inserted a data that has value more than 198 characters it would keep loading until the browser ends the connection .

The problem is it would not work if I used it in a trigger in my one certain process. If I decreased the character to 197 characters, the trigger would work just fine.

I've tried inserting the query manually in phpmyadmin to see if it's a mysql problem, but the query works just fine in phpmyadmin. I've tried running the trigger in a new process and it also works just fine there. So it seems like the problem only occurs on that one specific process. The process has already completed 1200++ cases, and there are 300++ cases still active.
Does anyone have any clue? Any help would be appreciated since this is pretty urgent, thank you.

Hello gdimitri,

I wonder if you were able to get anything from the log files, also, if you could provide both PHP nada MySQL config files (php.ini and my.cnf) so we can just double and try to reproduce the same behavior.
