Hi
I need to send a task to a group of users to the inbox of them.
Is possible?
I search for a few solutions like this one (https://www.pmusers.com/index.php/Select_the_group_for_the_next_task_and_notify_members_of_the_group)
but I have some problems, I can notify users, but when I submit the dynaform no task arrives in the users inbox, the task stays in the inbox of the submitter.

Can someone help you solve this problem?

Hello there,

As far as I know, next task cannot be accessed by a group of people. Only one people can get accessed to one task at a time.

Regarding your issue, normally we will do a Self Service (in Assignment Rules), meant a task is available to a group of users, so the next task will falls into the Unassigned (all users within the group, all user's Unassigned box), will not fall into the Inbox. Since all users (within the group) can get accessed the Unassigned task, then anyone of the Users can claim the task to do. Once one user has claimed this task, the other users within the group can no longer access that task.

You might need to customize your design. Also see relevant doc links below. Wish this can help! Cheers

Note, What I understand there might be a way to achieve your goal/want, but I would prefer an easier way to do in terms of implementation. Thank you!
